Ethan is the founder and principal of 27ONE Consulting, LLC. Ethan is a state certified general real estate appraiser and has appraised properties in 49 states with a primary focus on affordable and conventional multifamily, single and multi-tenant office and industrial, and mixed-use property types. In addition, Ethan has appraised condominiums, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hospitality uses, assisted living, commercial land and a variety of special-use properties. His experience includes working for one of the leading national accounting and consulting firms in the affordable multifamily housing space where he managed a team based in the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office.
Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Taylor University. Ethan holds a certified general real estate appraiser license in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia, and acquires temporary permits to practice in other states throughout the nation. Ethan resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife and four children.
